Concierge Medicine
Frequently Asked Questions
1) What is a concierge medical practice?
A concierge medical practice is one where you as an individual get very personalized medical care. With this model, the 10-minute physician visit is a thing of the past. As much time as you require will be given to you to address all your medical needs and concerns. Same-day appointments will be given when available. Ample time will be spent on preventative services and patient education.

3) Why are physicians changing to this model?
The answer is simple. We as physicians went to medical school to learn how to care for our patients. We can no longer be strictly dictated to how to practice medicine by insurance plans. Traditionally, a primary care physician cared for anywhere from 3000-5000 patients. With a concierge model, most panels are limited to 300-500 patients. In order for physicians to cover the cost of their overhead, more and more patients need to be seen in the traditional office, oftentimes leaving patients frustrated and with unanswered questions.

4) What unique feature does DR4ALL Medical, LLC offer?
There are 3 levels of membership currently being offered (until the panel is full). With the advent of COVID-19, we have currently opted to have telemedicine and house calls as our way of providing care for our patients. It is estimated that the COVID crisis will be here until at least 2022, so we are prepared to provide the best care, keeping our patients as safe as possible.

5) Does insurance cover Concierge Membership?
Generally, the answer is no. The fees paid may be tax-deductible, but you would need to discuss that with your accountant. If you have a PPO, HSA (Health Saving Account), or HRA (Health Reimbursement Account), please speak to your benefits manager, as the costs may be reimbursable.

During the COVID pandemic, many insurance companies are extending benefits to include costs like these. Please call your plan administrator to learn more about your specific plan.

6) If I decide not to join a Concierge Membership, can I still utilize the services of DR4ALL Medical, LLC?
Yes. We offer separate pricing on Telemedicine and House Calls.

7) Does the membership cover children?
Yes, we are more than capable of caring for complete families. However, other than the influenza vaccine, there are additional charges for vaccines.

8) What if I join a membership and I no longer wish to participate?
DR4ALL Medical, LLC requires 30 days of written notice for cancellation. The balance of the annual fee, less the portion used, will be refunded and no questions asked.
